If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click on the "Login/Register" button:


  2. The login box will appear:
  3. Click on the "Forgot password" button and you will be taken to the next screen 
  5. Enter your email address then click the "Send password reset email" button
  6. The screen will change to display a box which notifies you that a password reset email has been sent to that email address
  7. Got to your inbox and open the password reset email
  8. Click on the link within the forgotten password email you receive to access your account / reset your password. 


Please note: There can sometimes be a delay in the password reset email coming through, so please don't keep clicking the "Forgot password" button, as this will keep voiding any emails that get sent to you. If you have not received the password reset email within 30 minutes of requesting it, then please contact technical support for further assistance.
