You can upload your resume (CV) and other information such as a covering letter (if requested) in any of these supported file formats (each employer can determine the file types they allow):

  • .doc
  • .docx
  • .rtf
  • .pdf
  • .txt

This site may also allow you to enter your resume (CV) directly into a text field, in which case you can just "cut and paste" it from any other document.

Otherwise, if your resume is in another, unsupported format, then you will need to convert your resume into one of the formats above.

Please note: when saving your resume or cover letter, ensure that there are no spaces or special characters in the file name (eg. &*^%@_) as this can cause the file to become corrupted, which may result in you being unable to upload the file. When naming the file we would recommend that you keep the file name short and simple (i.e. your first and last names together with no spaces) to ensure there are no issues with uploading. If your resume contains a high number of images or graphics, then your file may be too large to upload, so please ensure that the total file size is within the limits listed on the application, otherwise you will be unable to upload the document.
