Could you please ensure that the file names for your resume and cover letter contain no spaces or special characters. If it does, then this may be the reason that you are unable to edit, save or submit your application. 

All you need to do is take the file that you have uploaded and remove any spaces or special characters such as numbers or hyphens, and then upload the document again.

Ensure that all mandatory questions on that section have been answered (any question marked with a red asterix (*)

Once you have done that then you should be able to continue with your application.
